Http to https - Google analytics not responding

I have finished my update and initiated SSL across the all website pages. Everything looks good so far
except for one thing - Google analytics is not responding to these changes although I updated google
analytics settings. I am not seeing daily traffic at all.

Is there something you can advise on please? I have been told it may take a few more days until GA
finalize the update.

You should register your site in google webmasters and link it to google analytics from there.

Keep in mind that if you moved your site from http to https, all your old links are not working anymore.

For example, your indexed links will not work until are re-indexed.

You should add a rule to your .htaccess file to redirect all traffic from http to https.

Super thanks for your guidlines - much appreciated. I have edited .htaccess file with required code and linked the site to google analytics from webmasters but it seems NOT be working as I am still not seeing any traffic. Am I messing something? Sorry for so many questions as I am not too much tech savvy((

And see where the problem occure.
