Html article vs text article ( diffrences & seo )

Hi, im new to seo and i want some help from you guys if you can help me to find the best way to create an article or a blog post , i don't know if creating a blog post with code or text only affect seo like keyword ranking , For example if i create a blog post with html i can't select any word from the blog post vs if i create it text only i can select the words so please can u help me in this ? :):)

Every page is in HTML/CSS/JS.
The difference is in convenience. Wordpress, for example, makes everything easier for you, but nobody is stopping you from creating a site in HTML on your own. It doesn't make much sense for a simple blog, you waste a lot of time.
Install WordPress, setup yoast or rank math, setup permalinks and create posts.
This is the better way, for me.

Thank you for the answer but for me im using shopify
 
Always use text-based content (not HTML-rendered images) for blog posts, as it allows search engines to crawl and index your keywords, improving SEO and rankings.
