Html article vs text article ( diffrences & seo )

Hi, im new to seo and i want some help from you guys if you can help me to find the best way to create an article or a blog post , i don't know if creating a blog post with code or text only affect seo like keyword ranking , For example if i create a blog post with html i can't select any word from the blog post vs if i create it text only i can select the words so please can u help me in this ?

Every page is in HTML/CSS/JS.
The difference is in convenience. Wordpress, for example, makes everything easier for you, but nobody is stopping you from creating a site in HTML on your own. It doesn't make much sense for a simple blog, you waste a lot of time.
Install WordPress, setup yoast or rank math, setup permalinks and create posts.
This is the better way, for me.
