There are plenty. Just hang around at the marketplace and you'll sure find them
where specific? Looked all around 20+ providers cannot find any with actual HR views. all 3min

Do any of these HR views providers work? All reports say that youtube quickly ghosts, bans or demonetizes anyone found using them?
depends on provider but like I said seems 100% of providers are offering 3min max retention which will kill your video if it's longer than say, 5-6min
used qq in the past they cant offer any retention right now (even 3min)

bought from some of these panels lately. Never been ghosted but they don't really seem to work for ranking...
