are there any resellers that sell HR views?

Been looking around but most sell 3min max, that fine for up to a 5min video but if you got anything like 10min or higher, this hurts your video

where specific? Looked all around 20+ providers cannot find any with actual HR views. all 3min

depends on provider but like I said seems 100% of providers are offering 3min max retention which will kill your video if it's longer than say, 5-6min
