once you open dispute you got money back or did you escalated to PayPal & how many days its took?
Every dispute is different. Too many factors at play Like.
Did you get the product, was it lost in transit, did it not work and so on, have you contacted the seller yet about the issue. If so what did they respond and so on.
actually the seller is a scammer not respond to my calls & meseges, moreover he is a hacker
It varies. Give all of the evidence you possibly can to prove that you did not receive what you purchased. Keep it professional. Write a novel about it and use proper grammar and punctuation and hope for the best.
For chargebacks, there are multiple things to consider:
- Was the product/service virtual?
- Can it be tracked?
- Is there buyer/seller protection? (This is normally the decider with credit card companies).
I believe, It all depends on your association with paypal and about your past transaction. If you have many chargeback in the past, paypal might take this as your habit... I have always won the dispute with them but I always heard negative from many others. So I will say it depends on individual merits of the case.
