one site is hit -30%, this site gets hit on EVERY google core update, then I work on the bloody thing, add more content, links ect, then when I think it is going up again it gets hit again, I think I will just give up on that one, looks like google hates it,
then a few other ones have gone up 10%,
I see lots of affiliate sites hit during this one

In total, my blog has 160 articles of which 30 are articles with Amazon links. The rest is moritarized only with adsense.

one of my friend's sites was hit and 30% of traffic was gone. he built most of the links to the 7 main pages and the 7 pages were not showing in the google site: command,so he thought the index was gone.I told him not to panic and wait for a few weeks and see. Maybe it is not due to the updates or a temporary issue.I let him check if the page was still indexed in GSC URL tool(it was showing that they were indexed).....However, he was so panicked that he contacted a google team member and report the issue...Aha here is what he got :Google multiple team member told him they did not find any issue and page was indexed.....and they checked his backlink profile by the way and pointed out that he was doing link scheme....This is the most fucking stupid thing I have ever heard of.The stupidity is beyond my imagination....WTF people ask google team to check their own website risking a potential manual action.
Tbh from my experience it's only a matter of time until google brings me back up (happened a few times before) usually 2 months
But today I just found out that for some reason 'slug' was missing from my home page soo I will see what happens
