How would you target for this Ecom product?

So I’m always fascinated to see the sales on different products in all niches. I’m not going to run this so I figured I’d try and get in the brain of someone as a learning experience.

This product has had some big sales. If you were doing FB ads how would you target for this product? It’s not like we can know someone is driving a sh*t box. Clearly someone is doing it correctly but I would assume broadly targeting would result in failure.

Just look on web which country or state has most accidents happen in. Year or 6 months and target that country and test it for 1-2 days.
