So a client of mine wanted a mere 50% increase (0.5x) in a 12 month period.
I 9x'ed their business in 4 months.
Around the 2nd month, I started suggesting
an additional commission structure and they seemed fine with it.
Every month, it seemed like they were just waiting for the 4 month
period to end, so we could negotiate something on the results created.
On the last day of our contract, the client said they don't need my services anymore.
That's okay, can I get my commission on the results created?
Client said no as it wasn't in the contract.
When I confronted them through email, they even removed the feedback
they gave me on LinkedIn.
How would you respond?
I am moving forward with legal action (False misrepresentation)
but just curios as an SEO, how would you respond?
Weird ppl . . .
