How Would A Software Designer Get Clients

I am a software development specialist looking to start freelancing or work. I know Html,Css,Javascript,Python, and Php. I am confident I can make anything and I have so far constructed a Instagram Automation program,a twitter bot, A youtube Bot viewer(Which scrapes proxies online), Plus many web scrapers including one that scrapes Adwords ads. I also specialize in Artificial Intellegence as My favorite language is Python. If you where in my shoes How would you go about getting development clients. I here Fiverr or upwork might be a place to start but if you are new you probably wont get any looks. I can also just make a Website and maybe give a freebie away to get an email. I was also thinking of just using my own software like my instagram bot to take clients. If anyone has any ideas of which would be the best route to get started it would be greatly apprieciated. I am open to any suggestions.

From what you say, it sounds like you're more of a web developer than a software developer.

Since you built some automation programs/bots, why not use it to automate the money making methods shared here on BHW and make 1000x more profit instead of selling yourself for cheap?
