if that is the default page to Almalinux, means the OS has installed correctly.
You'll need to update kernels and modules
then enable those modules, esp. mod ssl, mod proxy,
You'll have to install the ssl certificate both private key and certificate in ssl folder. (since you are using https:// as reverse proxy site)

It is referring to /etc/httpd/conf.d/domain.com.conf or /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf?

To enable ESP and SSL, Proxy would look like this here,

I don't know about ESP. What that was called?

Which SSL are you installing for? Certbot or Letsencrypt?

I've installed origin certificate from cloudflare.
my set up is: cloudflare > my reverse proxy vps > my origin vps
