Over the past few months, I’ve been working remotely from 3 AM to 9 AM before heading to university. It wasn’t easy at first, but I noticed some major changes in my productivity, mindset, and even my health.

The quiet hours helped me focus on client projects, plan affiliate content properly, and avoid distractions. Plus, I get university done during the day and have some time for family at night.

Has anyone here tried extreme work schedules? What’s worked for you?

A normal humanbeing needs 8 hrs sleep on average. So, he/she must sleep at sunset to wake up early in the morning. Forget about spending time with family, there'll be hardly any time for social interaction.

Dude, how many hours do you have in a day?

That is what makes a person of character.

Almost all hours physically working and online working is done during extreme hours for me, all other hours are spent taking care of a family member.

Some days I start work at 10pm, sometimes I start at 3am, its the only way for me to have a chance to make it out of this loop someday.

Watch out for your health please
