How use Rapid Indexer from Scrapebox

I just buy recently Scrapebox and starting to use it, from tutorials I learned to made backlinks via forums and then index the links with Rapid Indexer addon... The list I use is from the Rapid Indexer description, this list have 2478 links. My question it's how it's better to use this addon, it's enough to use a good list with 50 links or it's better to use scrapebox default list? Thanks.
