How to withdraw from Paypal

Hi,
A friend of mine has about 800 USD in his paypal, and his acnt was limited 6 months ago. They now replied that, its 180 days, so he can withdraw the funds.

But the account is not on his name, so what can he do to withdraw the funds?

Any help is appreciated.

transfer the money to a friends account that can withdraw it for him. make sure to send it as a gift so no fees.

if it's not his name he lost his money, the last name should be correct and he needs to be 18 and link a bank account to it : )

He cant do anything if the account is not in his own name. Say goodbye to that $800 and next time, use the correct name.

Limited account after 180 days only can withdraw to bank or cc.
can not send money at all.

hmm..he's trying to find a person with a common first name (most of the people have) and ask paypal for name change bcoz of a marriage, submit right doc's and let's see!

just add a bank account , does not matter the name as its not checked and withdraw to that account, this has certainly worked in the past

Make a donation button or product selling button on his website with a PayPal account on his own name.

Make something sold for 800 $ and buy it with his unusable account.

PayPal will take something from that amount but he will have his own account and money in his bank

donate button doesnt work, as its still limited.
And paypal would check the name of the acnt before adding!!
