I am okay with the taxes but the government is not okay with crypto. What is the best way to legalise this income or private methods?

Use USDT, topup traffic sources, run the ads to profitable campaigns, take profits from affiliate network and ask them to cash directly into your bank = marketing campaigns profits

If it is all in a bank account, then it is aalread legalized ( irrespective of tax paid or tax unpaid) correct ? Did you mean how to get it all from bank account into crypto ?

OP mentioning the words "withdraw" and "income" , i believe he means liquifying his crypto assets into german bank

In topic : "How to withdraw $2-3m from a German account?" which means the money is already in bank account. But upon reading the topic's OP main post (below the topic), some clarification may be needed.

I would assume this question would be asked under the context of turning crypto into cash....

He wouldn't ask if its in the bank already right? :D

If u have that money you should contact with a professional. Maybe a lawyer or an agency, to find how to regularity your money

You might want to speak to an accountant or a lawyer depending on how this was obtained. There’s a good chance you could get audited tbh

Where does it say that the government is not okay with crypto? There are even tax laws that allow you to withdraw without paying taxes if you hold it for more than 1 year.

Why dont you open a bank account in a foreign country?

You are in Europe so the options are endless.

The money would almost certainly be reported to German authorities anyway in that case.
