I bought an instagram account, and now i want to bring my money back, is it possible? Or PayPal gives buyers ZERO protection for digital goods?

Why do you want your money back? Is there something wrong with the account or you are just trying to scam the seller?

So what will happen is :
1- you ask for paypal dispute because you want to scam the seller and get the acc and the money.
2- the seller contacts instagram about hacked acc giving them all the details.
3- Paypal gives you the middle finger, and the seller gets his acc back.

At least its what im hoping to happen

4- the seller can release your identity to us, you get blacklisted. not many if any will deal with you anymore

This is why it's hard no matter if your on the buying end or selling end lol
Better to use escrow or something similar if your a seller.

OP you wont win and alot of us here are glad
