So what will happen is :
1- you ask for paypal dispute because you want to scam the seller and get the acc and the money.
2- the seller contacts instagram about hacked acc giving them all the details.
3- Paypal gives you the middle finger, and the seller gets his acc back.

Better to use escrow or something similar if your a seller.
