Meta detests sudden activity peaks. Here is my account preheating program:
Start slowly: Spend a few days browsing, liking and watching videos. No links, no spam.
Fill in the basic information: Add a profile photo, some posts, and some friends - stay natural.
Join one or two groups and leave messages here or there. Make the account older a little.
Use it every day, but like a human. There is no behavior similar to that of a robot.
To avoid marking all accounts at once, isolate each account with a separate browser environment.

that is one good way to warm up the account and make sure it doesnt get shadowbanned, I tried doing that for a 3 weeks and it doesnt get flagged or get banned.

Such a preheating step is indeed needed. Which browser do you use to isolate the account environment?

Playing games is also a very smart way to warm your account, many people just log in on FB to play, zero risks of being flagged doing that

Thanks for sharing; the warm up is really important for the stable of facebook accounts.

You can log in directly using the anti-detection browser, randomly create your IP, time zone, device information, etc. We recommend MultiloginPro and MarketerBrowser. They can directly isolate each account for you.
