How to use Social networking for website promotion?

I have just started my business .I have two websites .I need to promote them online mostly on social networks .What should be my initial strategy. I generally don't use social networking site. So plz help.My two websites are of the following niche-:
1.Online service
2. Physical product(health related)

Start with Facebook and Twitter then Google Plus. You can automate posts to those networks via Onlywire, hootsuite, sendible and others. But you will be posting pointlessly if you have no followers. You have to find a way for them to like you or be clever in your marketing.

Place on your sites interesting articles.
Then find the Facebook groups which corresponds to the theme of your sites. Post in these groups links to these articles, that may be interesting audience of these groups.

Marketing on Facebook:
Build a business page on facebook, and run some ads targeting the users for your product.
Once you have some fans, you can attract them again with some deals, coupons etc.
Also you can find related facebook groups and pages in your niche to post to.

Try one of the automated Facebook,twitter or +1 services and start putting up content related to your niche

Use automated software to follow anyone and everyone you can find. 20-30 percent of those people will follow you back, wait a week and drop the ones that don't. TWTR will stop you after a while from following people, it uses a ratio to determine when. If you follow 600 and only 1 person is following you for example, they won't let you follow anyone else. That's why I say wait a week, then unfollow those that didn't follow you back. Wash/rinse/repeat. Once you have a good base, start posting your info in tweets.
