How to use proxies with Instagram?

Hi, I am looking for help regarding proxies and Instagram.

If I want to make/use Instagram accounts with proxies on my computer, can I use Betternet Unlimited Free VPN Proxy (google extension)? Or do I have to buy separate dedicated proxies to use for my Instagram accounts? What proxy phone application should I use for my Android phone?


If I could get some answers to proxies, that would be awesome.
