Based on the long-term operations of a large number of my customers, PayPal remains the best payment solution for IPTV.

IPTV payments must utilize a combination of stealth PayPal accounts and a cloaker methods. Due to PayPal's strict risk control measures, a stealth accounts will inevitably get shut down over time. Therefore, a large number of accounts are required to sustain operations.

When the daily transaction volume exceeds a certain amount (e.g., over $3,000), a Paypal cloaker's rotation system becomes necessary. This requires a large number of PayPal stealth accounts, which is something most IPTV resellers find difficult to manage. It is best to delegate this task to a professional third-party.

This is my experience. Do you have any good suggestion?

If it's working for you, keep running your business with this approach
Having several PayPal accounts and rotate them is also important if you are receiving thousands of dollars per day, but I assume it's still quite profitable and it's safe enough to avoid constant bans

why you tried peerwallet?

while I understand the « don’t put your eggs in the same basket » logic, I don’t understand why there is the need for multiple stealth accounts.

With a good cloaking solution, the PP/Stripe account will never be flagged, except if there is suddenly more chargeback than usual and a PP/Stripe employee discover your BH page because he’s using an IP that isn’t listed in your cloacker.

You can manage to have 2-3 accounts and rotate them for better security in case one is reviewed, but multiple stealth accounts?

If someone can enlighten me, i would like to better understand the subject as I don’t use PayPal anymore.

Where can I find the seller of these accounts paypal, please?

Interesting. Have you looked into crypto at all? Might sidestep some of those PayPal headaches.

Yeah PayPal work for IPTV, but only if the account setup is tight. Random stealths burn fast - especially when scaling or if the buyer disputes hit.
What actually helps is using aged, clean accounts with full doc sets and controlled flow

Setups stay alive longer by pairing verified accounts with neutral fronts and rotating smart. If you're just using fresh stealths without structure, you're gonna be replacing them often.

no way or you need cloaking

You can use a payment processor like Zen. They looked at my website and said this is no problem to use their services.
