How to use my time effectively?

Hello guys. I have been trying use my time effectively. I plan this and that to make the best use of my time. But i end up doing nothing and wasting all of my time in procrastination. Do you have any suggestion for a procrastinator like me?

Actually everyone of us having so much of free time to do many things in this quarantine... so don't procrastinate anything which you want to do effectively... don't make complicate it!

so just do it
try for just 2 minutes
you will find the motivation in the process of working
