I have been working with freelancers & VAs on an hourly or per project basis for some time now and want to take things to the next level. I am going to be building a team of 4-5, sitting in an office and working full-time. This would be a big ramp-up in team for me. I anticipate that the team will have a lot of free time initially, till the time I assign tasks and build their skill sets. I am looking for some suggestions on how to use this time. Some of the ideas I have are: - Ask them to build lists of sites for link building targets - Build fan pages on FB / Build twitter account in a niche by following people and tweeting related content. The folks I am looking to hire will be non-native English speakers so any tasks related to writing are out of the picture.
