How to use Bought PVA Facebook Account?

I am a n00b so apologize for the inexperience. With PVA accounts bought from marketplace what is the safest way to use for advertising after you first login? Do you change the phone number, to prevent seller access or do you change password? How much warming up do you recommend doing before making page, BM then adding card and advertising?

Accounts new or old?

if old then about 2 week minimum activity if you want to use them for advertising.
if the account have already activity then only few day.

New account about a month at-least for purchased account. if you make your own then less.

and for phone don't use if you don't have access. changing password names, dob is red flag. don't do it.
