How to use aawp plugin amazon affiliate?

So, I'm a newbie and am thinking of starting my amazon affiliate blog but I don't know how to go about with it. I have been reading blogs, and watching videos where I came across the aawp plugin, can someone help me understand how I can optimize the plugin for more conversion? And if you guys have any other tips, strategies or advice that I should follow, please do let me know.

Hi. I wouldn't think about conversion at the point where you are now. If you've already chosen a niche, go publish some content. Pick longtails and write informative articles on them. Don't even think about "best x's" or "x review" articles. You don't want Google to consider the context of your website as affiliate oriented. Make it think you are trying to provide the world with helpful and informative content. Later, when you have at least 200-300 daily visitors, you will start publishing money articles.
