How to upload html file with DNN site back door by using python?

Hi everyone, I am very upset and looking for a solution.
Some people are doing posting like video, and getting on top of the search engine video search, though the content is not a video.
If you click on that search result (on Video), you will be redirected to the landing page.
The call it Google HTML file uploading.

They are using python and selecting those sites developed by DNN.
they are uploading file form site's back door. I don't understand their language.

Anyone here, who can help me to understand this procedure?
