How to update my window without losing data

How to update my windows from 32 bit to 64 bit without losing any data please can some one give me some suggestions

I don't believe you can transition from 32 to 64 without a fresh install. Back up all your stuff manualy.

Backup all your important data into an external hard drive and then restore that data from the external hard drive after the upgrade process.
