How to unlock Facebook account type 956

How to resist locks 956
Seeing that many of you have recently had the error of locking your Facebook account in the form 956, so I would like to share how to unlock the checkpoint in this form, I have tested and succeeded:
Need to prepare: add-on User agent switcher + change IP (hola,...)
Unlocking steps:
Step 1: Use hola to change Vietnamese IP -> French IP -> Log in -> Log out
Step 2: Use User agent switcher to change browser to Mac Safari -> Log in
Step 3: Switch to Opera 12.14 browser -> click on the home page
Step 4: Go to link 929: Facebook.com/help/contact/515009838910929 -> Upload ID photo
B5: Wait 2 - 5 days to return

I found that logging in with a phone device after 2-3 days can also solve this problem

What does hola mean?
 
Is this method still working because I have tried and I keep getting "This browser is not supported" message when I switch to Opera 12.14.
