How to unban IG?

I unbanned many Instagram accounts for clients (these who I couldn't I transferred to a guy I paid to do it), but somehow the contact form I'm using doesn't seem to work anymore + the guy I paid in the past isn't available for a few weeks. Any approaches on how to unban accounts?
The account has 50k+ and broke probably some Instagram guidelines (maybe nudity or something like that).
So the ban might be justified so the "unjustified" form isn't an option.

You can appeal the ban if you believe the ban was made in error, you can appeal it through Instagram's Help Center. Make sure to carefully review the instructions and provide a clear explanation of why you think your account should be reinstated.

I tried that but the appeal is not working hence i wanna ask him about the guy who he paid to open the account so I can do the same and get the account opened. I am just waiting for his response.
