I used updraft plugin to download wordpress backup for site. By Hostinger, I have download database files to move to another hosting.

15k traffic is a good number but depends on the traffic source, whether it is from tier 1 countries or other countries. From website transfer if it is a Word Press website, you can use multiple migration tools to transfer such as all in one migration. If you want to sell the website, try Flippa or motion invest for good value for money.

I tried flippa but they have a fee of 30$ to sell.
But I didn't try Motion Invest for this.
