Please tell me, what methods can be used to track traffic that goes to competitors' sites? Is it possible? For analysis

Yes of course. there are multiple ways you can track this. Technologies like Ahrefs and semrush can do this for you . At a lower cost Ubersuggest, Seobility is also a good choice. These third-party tools can show you many data you wish to check.
