How to take measures about my reputation management

Hi,mate.
I am taking measures about my reputation management.
I already took some ways such as making blogs, creating a few web sites with old url, making pages on wikipedia, posting Japanese text with link list by GSASER.
My measures have made a good result covering ranking page on foreign google, but in Japanese google, my reputational risks is still existed on first page of ranking.
What should I do for next step about this problem. Can I have any advises?

Maybe some local backlinks or mentions?

indeed, there are link lists for Japanese one, but it is really few. it's difficult for my local to get backlinks.
Do you know some ways for online repetitional risk without backlinks?

It really depends on the keyword. If it's a business name you can try to get mentioned in high quality publications, press releases, websites, etc. For an individual, you can do the same especially if the person is an expert in an area.
