You also could buy a high ammount of views from me, then put it on his video and the video gets taken down because he botted views.

How many flags do you think it would take until YouTube deletes the video?
I suppose it depends on the Amount of Views, Age of Video etc since a Video having 1,000,000 views, Uploaded years ago and then getting Flags wont be deleted at all or as quicky as a Video with 1,000 views and uploaded last month!

Mass flag the video from multiple accounts using proxies
I don't like this....
If you don't have anything to do with the video (not your content, not copyrighted) which you want to delete then Leave it. Sooner or later it all comes back. My suggestion = :swordfigh
