How to Submit tax information in adsense ?

I am non us resident and i want to use usa adsense but in recent provision adsense not allow to non resident for us adsense. Is any one can help me for how to submit tax information by using virtual SNN( social security Number)?

You dont want to i think . You just wanted to file tax in your country only.

Every country provides Tax Registration Number to their citizens after proper application. If you have that number; fill in the same. If you don't have that number apply for the same.

You shouldn't open up a fake US account with fake SSN. There is nothing like a fake SSN. It would be a real SSN if someone provides you which will be stolen. And it is purely illegal not just unethical.
