Yes I'm on wordpress....Are you on Wordpress? I think there’s a plug-in where you can’t set it up to prevent users from doing such. Usually google is good at detecting if someone else is doing it but if your Adsense account is new it might be bad.
As it was mentioned above, there is a wordpress plugin and you can set in it after how many clicks the ad will become invisible. i use it and it's working fine

What does Adsense has to do with Click Fraud on Google Ads?but if your Adsense account is new it might be bad.
Google Ads click fraud. There are only 2 things that can be done. Keep adding those bad IPs to IP exclusion list in GAds campaign, but it has a limit to exclude maximum 500 IPs and this will be a load of a task, as those clicking your ads will be using a different IP per click.
There are no softwares and nothing that can prevent such fraud clicks happening in Google Ads.
What can also be done is : In your web analytics or reporting that you use, make a note of IP address, click timestamp, action timestamp and user agent. Now, use the click timestamp and action timestamp together. You are looking for the IP addresses that are arriving at your site repeatedly by clicking on your Google Ad, but not taking any action. Do you see an IP address with a heap of click timestamps but no action timestamps ?
These are typical fraud clicks. After every payment made in the GAds account, contact GAds support with all these highly suspected fraud clicks data pertaining to the last payment made cycle each time and in most cases they give a credit amount of those clicks back into GAds account. I have personally done this in some GAds accounts in which I was making payments & running ads and got credit into the GAds accounts after contacting their support.
IP exclusion pertains to the IP exclusion option within the campaign in Google Ads accounts.Yep. Most of the fraud detection companies forget to mention the 500 IPs limit. It's kind of fraud if you ask me![]()
OP's issue relates to Google Ads and not Google AdSense. As it was mentioned above, there is a wordpress plugin and you can set in it after how many clicks the ad will become invisible. i use it and it's working fine
