How to start with CPA in 2021?

Hey everyone!

I am willing to start with CPA and I have been reading about it on the web and the forum but still I am not able to get crystal clear with how I should start. There is lots of information out there about different offers and traffic sources to start with, but I wanna ask the bhw community for some help and guidance...

What would you do if you were getting started now. What offer, network, traffic source and budget would you go with?
