I heard something about this recently... I also learned about account warming strategies. I think I'll try a new approach on Instagram... The problem is that I believe Instagram may have blacklisted my IP (if that's even possible). On TikTok, I'm almost certain my account is shadowbanned since my first post was taken down and I received a warning first strike.
IG don’t blacklist an IP.
Look, if you are receiving a ban or a shadowban for one of your IG accounts you have to Appeal if it’s possible (depends of the reason of the ban).
What you have to do is:
Create another IG account BUT before to do this use another phone for that IG OR use the same phone but get rid of your Apple account (if you are using an Iphone) or the equivalent for an Android phone, perform a factory reset and then create your new IG. So they cannot link your new IG account with your old one.
Take care of what you are doing and posting in the beginning, you don’t have an aged IG, so warm it up.
Tiktok - Appeal asap when you receive a warning, provide them a lot of details. Same story warm your account before you are starting to post risky content.
If you are using AI generated content and you are posting Carousels it’s ok.
If you are posting videos mark it as “AI generated” for your account safety. - at least in the beginning.
For all social media platforms (so IG&Tiktok too) erase the metadata of your photos/videos before you are posting. Take care of EXIF, it’s very important.
If you are using free AI tools, remove the watermarks.
