You can't DM or PM (BHW terms)

You should reach 15 post to send PM

Yes, newbies can't DM until they have 10 posts or so.

How about posting 15 "quality" posts instead?

If selling was your only motive for getting to 15 posts then i have bad news for you..

Newbies cant use the DM facility immediately they need to have a sufficient amount of post.
