i have a lot of servers available and would like to start hosting vps for other people, rn i am hosting few vps, what are the next steps i should take in order to aquire new customers?
If you have any ideas what i could do with servers please tell me.(i have great internet)

if you want to start a hosting business then you must have a web hosting reseller account.also you must have some technical knowledge to web hosting.if you have technical knowledge then you will give best support to the customer and do not forget support is the main part of the web hosting

As you said you own servers. Rent them few to companies
keep few with you for VPS and convert few to cloud.

also covert few vps to shared and reseller hosting

Its a ridiculously competitive market. Do something unique. Go niche. Cater to a certain group. Offer the best customer service. Offer a discount for annual payment. Have an affiliate program.

contact your local web hosting provider and give them some decent offer.

Get some landing pages done and start some local ads.

Offer some discount since your service is new. Offer them Local Support 24 X7 !
