First of all, it’s really important to understand what you’re actually good at — I mean the areas where you really understand the process itself, not just the surface level.
Back in 2015 I was running a whole network of blogs and websites about games, and at the same time I was launching my own projects (game servers). Altogether I was earning something, but definitely not as much as I could have. The thing is, it’s not that hard to attract an audience — the really difficult part is monetizing that audience properly.
That’s how it was for me back then. Now, of course, my knowledge and understanding are completely different. But I really enjoyed the gaming niche, and I think that’s actually the main “secret” of success: if you genuinely love the topic, it’s much easier to create content consistently and build something meaningful around it.

P.S. I had fun working with search queries, creating unique content, and it worked. I don't think anything has changed in that regard.

I would immediately automate the process. If it's a website, I would immediately sync it with all social networks. I'm talking specifically about automatically adding your posts to all the social networks you link and create. This helped me.
 
The best tool is your keyboard and a lot of coffee. Don't overthink the topic, just pick something you can talk about for 10 hours without getting bored

That makes a lot of sense, and I really agree with your point about understanding the process, not just the surface. Attracting an audience is one thing, but monetizing it well is a completely different skill — and that gap is something a lot of people underestimate.

I also like what you said about genuinely enjoying the niche. Passion really does make consistency easier, especially in something like gaming where trends change fast. If you enjoy the work, you’re much more likely to stick with it long enough to build something meaningful.
