Make Fan page , post ur Video ( Fb video not youtube link ) , Advertise it ..
make the video shorter than the full youtube video length ,
FB users love watching videos , and FB love to share their videos rather than YT links .
The Fanpage will get alot of likes, it will help u in the future for organic reach .
by the time with this budget i think u can get million of fans ( depend on targeted country and cpc ) at least 1.5 million US fan ..
This is inbound marketing and indirect advertising ..

I mean.. Why wouldn't to spend your budget on YouTube itself? You can set up Adwords to show you video ads on related videos in your niche.
Besides this you can contact big channels in your niche and buy advertising directly. If your goal is to build not a facebook page but huge youtube channel then i think you'll get better result by advertising on youtube itself.

1 weeks ago I created my FB fan page and I posted some of my prank and now my fan page got 200 like but only a few sub from FB
Also yesterday I spend 50$ for my first Ad on FB and I got only 2 sub
I dont wanna Waste this money. So how I can get best result from FB?

I think, that you can't really buy people that will like your channel, my tips would be to produce amazing quality content that people want to share and watch, succes will come

here is what i am doing at the moment - buying fb traffic to our entertainment website.
cpc is 0.02$ for tier 1, like uk/ca (usa is twice expensive).
see 20-30% returning visitors daily - we update the site daily with cool content.
also going to invest in seo.
at least you won't get you own website banned like fb page or yt channel.

OP don't go all in at once, divide that sum into i dunno like 500 installments or something so it won't get wasted, you never know what might go wrong plus it would be better with split-testing and all.
