I would not start of by saying I have 60k to throw at something if you don't already have a clear game plan. Which it sounds like you don't. You might as well as just hand that money over to someone. Or go to Vegas and bet it on black and let it ride.
You need to set goals, marketing plan, run some test ads and so on.
Take a step back and plan better unless you are mega loaded then just toss money at it that will fix everything.
