On Seo or just on random crap? If that was my random crap budget I would get a 2006 Lambo Gallardo those around that date go for around 95k

Assuming you're not blowing smoke down everyone's ass:
Take 500 of it and hire a social media consultant, another 500 for a tax cpa.
Take $5k and invest in a big instagram account. Then make a personal account and build a personal brand. Get brand offers and work as an influencer.
