If on seo, I would do some research get a dropship product out and buy a flipped site I see with potential of making revenue from me adding my own product and promoting it.

Take 500 of it and hire a social media consultant, another 500 for a tax cpa.
Take $5k and invest in a big instagram account. Then make a personal account and build a personal brand. Get brand offers and work as an influencer.
