How to solve this "math" problem

Now I starting to get it hehe

But it's tricky for me, because lets say the diference of ours would only be 2.

By that equation I would earn 756 and him 744, but 2 hours are $12 so how come he only owe me $6 above $750 ?

Because

750 - 6 = 744
750 + 6 = 756

Forget the fucking average, it 's irrelevant.

total=$1500
perhour=$6
totalhours=250
youhours=hehours+30
youhours+hehours=250
hehours+30+hehours=250hours
hehours=(250-30)/2=110
youhours=110+30=140
you$=140*6=840
he$=110*6=660
