How to solve this Instagram action block?

Whenever I try to upload reels, I get hit with "we restrict certain activity to protect our community". This only occurs when I try to upload reels. Meanwhile I'm allowed to like, comment, share, upload story and posts.

Why does it occur and how do I fix it?

FAQ
- I'm not using a bot
- I'm not following people aggressively, maybe 50 max follows per day
- The Instagram account is brand new
- I only post reels downloaded from other Instagram accounts
- Connected the account to hootsuite, but didn't use it and removed the access immediately after this problem occurred.
- I dont do likes, comments, shares or DM people
- I upload 5-7 reels per day

I get the new account part, but 5-7 reels isn't really a big number right? And multiple accounts reupload reels, and they have followers in 5 figures.

Is this ban permanent?
 
I believe is almost a shadow ban, that ammount of reels to being honest seems normal but now they are really strict with the spam, I got restricted to post reels because I was sharing stories of some old German funny not allowed reels it got blocked for 3 days, maybe is something you uploaded, wait for 1 week you continue using instagram as usual and hope you can get normal access again.

Thanks for the insight. Do you reccomend checking once every day by uploading a reel, or do I just wait it out for one week?
 
I believe it is a temporary restriction by Instagram on certain activity you. That might look spammy or suspicious to them.
 
Update : The action blocks seems to have been lifted. I can post the reels.

It happens sometimes you just need to let it rest for a while or try diff reels and caption and music that can also solve the issue.
