How to solve the FB Malware checkpoint

Getting these checkpoints more lately. Any of you guys suggestions how to solve it?
Read a lot about cleaning caches and so forth, or let the account sit for a couple of days. But both dont work out most of the times.

Is your account compromise and sending URL's to your friends?
are you posting any url and getting captcha?
Is your system clean or getting keylogger detected?

I've seen the mentioned message at the above conditions only

The account is only doing group posting on a small scale (10 posts per day).
Rest of the day accounts actions likes, pokes etc. and sharing content from other pages or well-known websites.

Just follow the step. When it start scanning, you can skip the step and go to your account home page

Maybe you can use different browser?
Clean cookies,history and reset it to default settings

Thats the problem, cause my accounts are in Massplanner, and I open them in an embedded browser. Already tried cleaning cookies from the cookie folder but didnt make any difference.
