How to solve Re-Index deindexed sites?

Hello guys, recently i have "new" problem, i dont know how to solve this. I never got deindexed before, so i post on this thread.
I have friend who bought domain with good quality but sadly the domain is "deindex", i see the google search console is no issues.
What should i do? Im just thinking of this
1. Save the backlinks and redirect to another domain (the domain extension is .com and want to redirect 301 to .co.id extensions)
2. Use GMB and Google Ads (after that contact google support for reindex)
3. Just throw it and forget.

So the domain is harbolnas(.)com < admin please delete if i cant share domain, and the another extensions for save this domain is harbolnas(.)co.id < newly registered and got accepted by google adsense yesterday (use AI Engine)
Give some advice or suggestions for me guys, thanks before!

How long has it been since the domain was bought? Was it indexed before your friend bought it? How long has GSC been attached to it?

I see at the start of the year the domain had been used as an autoblog/PAA site, which may have attracted some issues depending on how aggressive they were with it. But if there are no manual actions listed in GSC after a couple of weeks, get some unique content on there (the boilerplate template on there currently won't do) and ping some of the domain's backlinks with an indexer.

its been a months, not indexed he said, going to check the gsc.

Pretty much all the indexers that have cropped up in the last 18 months or so in the marketplace have a decent success rate. Fastest for me was Ultimate Indexing.

You want to get some unique text on that lander - the abundance of loreum ipsum text can be seen as a soft 404.

yes, before is normal blogs, but i move to my server so i installed with demo page, maybe later i just restore the backup

Totally. You support the forum and it's admins, and you get the ability to sell to the forum's vast userbase. Plus all the reasons in the thread posted above.
 
To accelerate the indexation of the landing page, you can:
- get backlinks to the site in order to direct indexing bots - but here, too, it is worth taking care of the "quality" of these links, so as not to harm the domain
- add the site to GSC and then: submit the sitemap xml (also feed rss if there is one) in the Site Maps section, check a few url's in GSC and ask for indexing

In Your case just submitting in GSC should help, do it a few times.
 
Try to engage in content on your site, quality backlinks and then try to re-index pages through indexers. But do it evenly.
 
Simply find and disavow badlinks and change the content of the site if copied or detected spam and submit it to GSC again!
