    You can't do it. It is random if google does it for you or not.

    You can't control the way Google show the links of your site , but you can help it using good schema markup. It is called "sitelinks". You can also use rich snippets.

    Rank number 1 for your brand and then use proper linking structure. Google with eventually get you those links.

    You dont have to do anything. create a good sitelink structure and rank on google. Then google will do the rest.
