How to share same URL in bio?

I have some accounts. They are promoting same thing. However, I don't how to share same URL in these accounts' bio. Is it good to use 301 redirection?

Use a cloaker or a password protected blog (e.g. Tumblr) that redirects to your link and specify the PW in the bio as well, that way bots can't access it and your account is safe. There was a thread around here on how to do that, can't find it right now.

Use cloaker or some web 2.0 blog with redirection ( meta or js or whatever )

But the cloaker must needs a hosting server? How the cloaker work on Amazon link?

Make a landing page and use a domain to host it and cloak it.

I have tested on the above website with amazon link.
However, it is showing a blank page. Is it blocked by Amazon?
